Water Softeners

The water softener that is installed in your home is a filtration system that removes concentrations of calcium and magnesium that are the cause hard water. Water flowing through a Water Softenerfilters out these hard water minerals so that the softened water can leave system to flow through your home’s plumbing.  Most of the time softeners perform on an on demand basis based on water usage.

Kelley Plumbing Heating & Cooling installs the Pentair water filtration systems. Our systems are locally provided from a distributor in in Blue Earth, MN.  Rural customers should also have an iron filter. They go hand and hand with the water softener.
